All meals are regular 'supermarket' bought foods, simple, quick meals that can be pre-prepped

All meals have interchangeable macros, If you don't like foods - don't eat them, learn how to swap them out! This will be taught this as part of the programme

Fitness - Workouts

Workouts are uploaded at the beginning of each week onto the app, you choose when they fit into your daily schedule and 'Check in' via the app to keep accountable!

Equipment, You'll need a Mat and some Dumbbells (You can still complete the strength workouts without dumbbells, however using resistance will help you to increase muscle fatigue/mass and aid you to get the results you want - and keep them!)
